Camp Kinneywood Field Trip
The GSA enjoyed a day-long field trip with Girls Inc. at their Camp Kinneywood outdoor facility on September 13th. The academy broke into groups that rotated through stations of hiking, volleyball, hula hoop team challenge, capture the flag and balloon tag. We had lunch, conducted a nature scavenger hunt, then returned to school. Girls Inc. is a partner with the GSA, and will be providing monthly workshops in the Gifted and Talented class. A grant from the Fuller Foundation supports this project.
